Encountered the following errors when syncing data from Salesforce to Intacct.

XML Parse error: Fatal Error 73: expected '>'. Line: 15, column: 81.

XML Parse error: Fatal Error 76: Opening and ending tag mismatch: request line 1 and reques. Line: 15, column: 81.

Salesforce-Quickbooks Error Code 4000 – Validation Rule

I am trying to update the Invoice on Quickbooks from Salesforce. In the mapping page for the rule I added the Quickbooks Id and the value for the new field to update.
However when I run it, it is giving me the following error

Error parsing query
QueryParserError: Encountered "" at line 1, column 46.Was expecting one of: "false" … "true" … … … …

Even though I am using same fields during Invoice creation. Which I had no problems with.

I want to use Dbsync to connect Salesforce to QuickBooks desktop but I receive below error:

First I wanted to change the date format in Salesforce but I could connect the same QuickBooks to another Salesforce org with the same date format so I am not sure if the problem is date format.
I need any advice to resolve this issue.

Salesforce to Dynamics GP

Creating the workflows to GP and to SF. I cannot seem to create an Sales Order invoice in Great Plains. I am trying to use the template called OpportunityToSOPTransaction. The SF Query does find my Opportunity in SF, but I get an error about the SO Line Items. The SOQL query has a subquery using an object called OpportunityLineItems, but my Service Cloud does not have this object. All references seem to be to Quickbooks, but that is not being used by my company.

I have been successful at creating an invoice in GP using the OpportunityToRMTransactions. I need to get this Invoice back into SF, but the only template to do this is only for Sales Order Invoices.

Event based integration from salesforce to SQL database through dbSync

Hi,
We are using dbSync to integrate salesforce and our SQL database. I could see that we can schedule integration to run after every 2 minutes or so from dbSync. But can we have a way where we can specify event based sync from salesforce ? For an example, if account is created or updated in salesforce then only data should get synced from salesforce to SQL database. We just want to make it event dependent rather than frequently polling salesforce, which consumes more APIs.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Salesforce users receive error when trying to use QBOE button

I h ave a number of SF users who need to use Dbsync to create invoices from opportunities.
I have set up the DBsync login credentials on their user profiles, but when they use the Update Opportunity to QBOE button, they receive a permissions error.
If I give them system administration rights, they are able to use Dbsync. But I don’t want them to be system administrators, obviously.
Do I need to create a permission set for Dbsync?
Or is there something else I have missed in the setup?

Scheduling and Salesforce polling for changes

The Scheduling tab provides a selection to run a sync process every 1 minute.

According to Salesforce:
“We recommend polling no more frequently than every five minutes. There are built in controls to prevent errant applications from invoking the data replication API calls too frequently.”

Q. Does DBsync have any limitations or recommendations around how ‘frequently’ we should attempt to sync particularly SF to DB

How to Map a Salesforce Field to a Custom Quickbooks Online Field

I am using the Opportunity to Invoice functionality in Dbsync, and want to pass the value from a custom field (purchase order) into one of the three custom fields available on the Quickbooks form template, which I have nominated to hold the purchase order number. I have edited workflow rule and mapping to include the custom field in my SQL query, so it is now available on the schema to be mapped, but I am unable to find my custom fields on the Mapping Screen in Dbsync.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Unable to complete first step in connecting to SalesForce Acc

Hello, I have been trying to get dbsync to connect to my salesforce account for a while now. At first it was telling me the username and password didnt match. I reset those now I am getting a java exception error connection refused. I tried again this morning and its telling me my username or password is incorrect again….. When using mydbsync.com I can connect.

Basically I think the issue is either the endpoint on salesforce isnt listening or the soap endpoint isnt correct. Ive tried a few different endpoints Ive seen online but none seem to work.

Formatting Billing address from a text field in Salesforce

I have a field in salesforce which holds the Billing address in Text type field. Basically I need this be formatted whne I send it to quickbooks .
For example :
Needs to be as below
#65, Soundarya parramount
54,Malleshwaram
Banglore
India

Not like Below,

#65, Soundarya parramount54,Malleshwaram
Banglore
India

Need to seperate based on next line character
